Adopt-a-Family Christmas Program

Each year the Wadsworth FISH Organization provides Christmas assistance to families from Wadsworth and Wadsworth Township.

This assistance includes gifts for the children and a food gift card for the family in need.

FISH’s families are adopted by individuals or groups from the community.

If you or your organization would like to learn more about adopting a family, purchasing gifts for un-adopted families, or helping distribute gifts, please contact FISH.

Funding for FISH

Wadsworth FISH is funded through generous donations received from individuals, churches, civic organizations, and local businesses and corporations.

Employees may also designate Wadsworth FISH as a recipient of United Way contributions.  However, Wadsworth FISH is not directly affiliated with the United Way.

FISH maintains low overhead.  Monies needed for operation are attained primarily through fund-raising or grants.
