If you are a Wadsworth or Wadsworth Township resident seeking financial assistance, please bring a Photo ID and Proof of Residency with you when you visit FISH. If you are requesting rent or utility assistance, please bring a CURRENT lease or CURRENT utility bill as proof of residency. Landlord approval and contact information is also required, bring their contact information with you to expedite your request.

HOLIDAY & WEATHER CLOSING NOTICE
Wadsworth FISH will be closed on all federal holidays that fall on a Monday or Tuesday, including:
New Year’s Day (January), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January), Presidents’ Day (February), Memorial Day (May), Juneteenth (June), Blue Tip Parade (June), Independence Day (July), Labor Day (September), Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day (October), Veterans Day (November), Christmas (December)
If Wadsworth City Schools are closed due to weather or emergency-related closings, Wadsworth FISH will also be closed.

MISSION STATEMENT
Wadsworth FISH is an all-volunteer, faith-based, 501 c(3) organization governed by a Board of Directors made up of local church and community members. FISH is dedicated to providing emergency financial assistance and compassionate care to neighbors who reside in Wadsworth and Wadsworth Township without discrimination or judgement.
