Menwa Renovations Nearly Complete

Now Accepting Applications!
Menwa's $2 million in renovations include all new kitchen cabinetry in all 70 units, along with new floor coverings, new energy efficient appliances, and other efficiency improvements. Each unit now also has central air (it never did before!), greater accessibility features including units designated for those with mobility and sensory impairments, a renovated social hall (also now air conditioned for the first time), and a new parking lot.

The property is designated for seniors age 62 and better, is pet friendly, and is completely smoke free. The Authority provides a variety of services for the residents as well. Funding was provided, in part, by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
