Menwa Renovations Nearly Complete
Now Accepting Applications!
Menwa's $2 million in renovations include all new kitchen cabinetry in all 70
units, along with new floor coverings, new energy efficient appliances, and other
efficiency improvements. Each unit now also has central air (it never did
before!), greater accessibility features including units designated for those with
mobility and sensory impairments, a renovated social hall (also now air
conditioned for the first time), and a new parking lot.
The property is designated for seniors age 62 and better, is pet friendly, and is
completely smoke free. The Authority provides a variety of services for the
residents as well. Funding was provided, in part, by the Ohio Housing Finance
